I then got super into working out and eating healthy and lost about 25 lbs on my own. Then the last 3 years happened and I went through a ton and fitness took a back burner. At the start of this year, I wanted to get back into it and look/feel my best for my wedding later this year! That’s when I reached out to Courtney for help, and I’m so glad I did! My journey with Courtney started in May 2021. I knew of her from a previous client of hers and after seeing her results I was like I have to meet this Courtney lady. So I did!! Of course I was thinking I can go and workout if I’d just get up and go instead of paying someone. Well these are hard to accept and realize that behind the snap of a camera you can’t filter everything! The past 6 years have been a huge struggle for me with my health my weight and my skin. I look at these photos and think. I have tried everything Body wraps Weight loss recipes No alcohol Every meal plan under the sun Working out at the gym by myself All fail in about 30 days! Last year was a huge year for me! After 10 years of being together I was getting married and I wanted to really get in shape! I started working out watching what I ate…. And fell off again! Then in October 22 I saw pictures of myself and I was like what am I doing wrong!!!!!!!! I was like I give up! I started working out again, but I wasn’t really into it! Lost a few inches but still felt like whatever! Got married and was happy and content! But the one thing I realized that I missed from the equation was Accountability person. Tried the personal trainer route! When I met Courtney I was a little Like whatever still. But after the first week. I was like WOW!! The constant communication she had with me and answering my questions, wether they were dumb or not. She was and has been there. I finally found the missing piece. It’s actually my therapy 3 times a week. Reality is I wish I could do it on my own, but I realize that I need Courtney more than just a personal trainer, I believe God had us meet and work together for a reason. I can’t thank her enough for being my missing piece!

As a trainer, I think Courtney is sincere about how she works with people, she always remembers to focus on what their issues are and what is the best way to work with each individual. She helped me become stronger, firmer and to decrease pain in all areas. She was considerate and has the personality that makes people feel at ease. On top of being a very insightful and knowledgeable trainer, Courtney is effortlessly personable and makes every workout session go by in a blink of an eye. She always pushes me further towards my goals yet never forces me past my comfort level. What impresses me about Courtney over other trainers I have tried was her ability to know my muscle ability within the first session and know what weights to use and where to go from there. I also loved her boxing sessions; she is one of the only ones around these parts that offers it the way she does. Boxing was a great cardio burn and fun along the way. Courtney is the best trainer I’ve trained with yet and I can’t wait to work with her on my new goals.

Met Courtney. I've changed a few things. Eat this instead of that. Exercise a little more. No big changes and since September to now I've lost about 11 pounds. Not a lot I know, but only making a small changes has helped me. Courtney is understanding if I meet my goal or not. Tried walking one day and got to the top of our road and said, “not happening today.” Courtney's response was, “you went to the top of road”. Something to the effect, “a little is better than nothing.” And you know, She's right!!! A little is better than nothing.

Gonna brag... This past weekend , | wore little summer dresses, each day | got compliments from young ladies( like early 20s) on how nice | looked. We ran into a friend of ours, of course he hugged me. He told me | was solid like a brick. He said , your are Makin 60 Sexy. These are also direct compliments to YOU! Your program works!" Stay consistent, eat clean (I'm not 100%), drink plenty water. Most important TRUST THE PROCESS.
