About Me

Hey there! I’m Courtney Woodall, a busy mom of three incredible girls, a very happy wife, and a driven coach with a gift for turning goals into reality! I’ve spent 8 years working as a coach and personal trainer, and I can honestly say, it’s been a whirlwind of excitement! Though I have a Bachelor of Science degree, I found my true calling in a totally different direction. I became a certified personal trainer through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), and over the years, I’ve gained specialized certifications in areas such as Bodybuilding, Barbell Rehabilitation, Strength Training for Postoperative Clients, Kickboxing Instruction, Self Defense and a Precision Nutrition Coach. I’m currently working on becoming a Menopause Specialist to better serve women and support their health needs!

My journey with Courtney started in May 2021. I knew of her from a previous client of hers and after seeing her results I was like I have to meet this Courtney lady. So I did!! Of course I was thinking I can go and workout if I’d just get up and go instead of paying someone. Well I tried on my own and was not successful just couldn’t get motivated sooooo… I reached out to Courtney and she set up our first appointment and “introduction” workout. Boy I tell you I was thinking am I ready for this?? let’s just say I stuck with her for over 10 weeks going twice a week.
